Abstract

This research delineates the implementation and impact of reading corners as a literacy-boosting strategy for students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Jember. The primary focus of this study revolves around exploring the role played by reading corners as an effective means of enhancing students' literacy skills, particularly in the aspects of reading comprehension and writing. The research methodology employed is qualitative, utilizing a case study approach to gain an in-depth understanding of students' experiences and the impacts associated with the reading corners. The research aims to provide profound insights into the positive influence and dynamics generated by the reading corners on students' interest and literacy abilities. Through a comprehensive analysis of the gathered qualitative data, the research endeavors to produce findings that are not merely descriptive but also conceptual, laying the groundwork for the formulation of concrete recommendations. The outcomes of this study are anticipated to serve as valuable guidance for stakeholders in designing effective and sustainable literacy programs, ultimately enhancing the overall educational quality at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Jember.
